HoneySprig respects your privacy and only collects what we need to fill your orders, run our shop, and stay in touch if you ask us to. This policy explains what information we collect at honeysprig.com and our other shops, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using our website or buying from HoneySprig, you agree to this policy. In this policy, “HoneySprig,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean HoneySprig, based in Kentucky, USA.

Information we collect

We collect information you give us, information collected automatically when you visit, and limited information from the services that help us run the shop.

Information you give us

  • Contact details, such as your name, email address, phone number, and shipping and billing addresses
  • Order details, such as the items you buy, gift messages, and order history
  • Messages you send us through email, our contact form, or social media
  • Your email address if you sign up for our newsletter

Payment information. Payments are processed by secure third-party payment processors. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

  • Device and browser type, IP address, and general location (city or region)
  • Pages you view, links you click, and how you arrived at our site
  • Information collected through cookies and similar technologies (see Cookies and tracking below)

Information from others. If you buy through a marketplace such as Etsy, or interact with us on social media, we receive the information those platforms share with sellers, such as your name, shipping address, and order details.

How we use your information

We use your information to run HoneySprig and serve you well, including to:

  • Process, ship, and track your orders, and handle returns and exchanges
  • Answer your questions and provide customer support
  • Send order confirmations, shipping updates, and other messages about your purchase
  • Send our newsletter and promotions, if you’ve signed up
  • Improve our website, products, and shopping experience
  • Prevent fraud and keep our shop secure
  • Meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations

How we share your information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with trusted partners who help us run the shop, and only as much as they need to do their job:

  • Website and store platform that hosts our shop and processes orders
  • Payment processors that securely handle your payment
  • Shipping carriers, such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx, to deliver your order
  • Email service providers that send our order emails and newsletter
  • Analytics providers that help us understand how our site is used

We may also share information if required by law, to protect our rights or the safety of others, or as part of a sale or transfer of our business.

Cookies and tracking

Cookies are small files stored on your device that help our website work and help us understand how it’s used. We use them to keep items in your cart, remember your preferences, and measure site traffic.

We may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, and advertising tools, such as the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) Pixel, to see which pages are popular and to show HoneySprig ads to people who may be interested.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Some parts of the site, like the shopping cart, may not work properly without them. You can also limit ad tracking through your device settings or the ad preferences in your social media accounts.

Email and newsletter

We only send marketing emails if you sign up for them. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of any email, or by contacting us.

Even if you unsubscribe, we’ll still send messages about your orders, such as confirmations and shipping updates.

Keeping your information safe

We keep your information only as long as we need it to fill orders, support you, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements. After that, we delete it or remove details that identify you.

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including secure (SSL) checkout and trusted service providers. No website is 100% secure, so we can’t guarantee complete security, but we work hard to protect your data.

Your rights and choices

You can ask us to:

  • Tell you what personal information we have about you
  • Correct information that’s wrong or out of date
  • Delete your information, unless we need to keep it for legal reasons or an open order
  • Stop sending you marketing emails

Depending on where you live, including Kentucky and other states with consumer privacy laws, you may have additional rights, such as the right to a copy of your data or to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email us at hello@honeysprig.com. We’ll respond within the time required by law, and we won’t treat you differently for using your rights.

Children’s privacy

We make clothing for babies and children, but our website and shop are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us personal information, please contact us and we’ll delete it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we’ll change the “Last updated” date at the top. If we make a significant change, we’ll let you know on our website or by email.
